Any questions about our medical films and printers?
FAQ
  • Medical film
  • Medical printer
  • DICOM software

Q1 What printer I should choose for my hospital?
A. Confirm the printing solution you need, inkjet or laser
B. The advantage of medical inkjet printer cost is low and the color is rich (the black transition is natural), but the printing speed is not as good as medical laser printer
C. The medical laser printer has the advantage of fast printing speed (within 10 seconds), but the machine cost is relatively high
D. You can click here to see our medical film printer recommendations

Q2 Can I get printer in my region?
As the printer contains ink cartridges (liquid), the transportation cost will be relatively high.
At the same time, the printer also involves a lot of after-sales service. Therefore, we also recommend that customers purchase printers locally to provide more printer after-sales service support.
Of course, if you choose our medical film printers, FASHIONCOLOR will provide a full set of services and support

Q3 Why choose / modify Canon as medical film printing printer?
After practice testing by our engineers and feedback from end customers of hospital, Canon printers have fast printing speeds, and the ink cartridges are easy to modify (with black and gray), and the color transition is natural, which is more suitable for medical printing needs. What difference between inkjet and laser printer? Inkjet printers use ink cartridges to provide printing. Laser printers print mainly by heating toner. These two imaging modes are fundamentally different from traditional thermal laser printing

Q4 What difference between FASHIONCOLOR laser printer and some customer said laser printer?
Our medical laser printer is based on the ordinary laser printer to increase the amount of toner cartridges and special black toner to achieve the output of medical films.
The main body of our medical films is PET with a special coating to allow the toner to be adsorbed on the film surface to achieve medical films output.
Traditional thermal laser printers use dry medical films, which are completely different from our imaging principles.
Our films are NOT suitable for this type of printer, and the coating will be burned out.
